Chukars Pull Off Thrilling Win in Extras
Spokane right fielder Michael Tucker had a terrific game, but it still wasn't enough to get his team a win. Tucker went 3 for 4 with a home run, 2 singles, and a walk, while adding 4 RBI and scoring once, even as Idaho Falls beat the River Rats, 7-4. Tucker was named the player of the game despite the loss. The win was credited to Ralph Citarella in relief. His record improves to 3-6. Matt Whisenant took the loss. Today's win puts Idaho Falls at 44-69, while Spokane falls to 72-41.

Damian Miller had a nice at-bat for the Chukars with one out in the top of the tenth. With runners on 1st and 2nd, the pinch hitter hit a single, which would prove important in the Idaho Falls win.

"If we play like this, we can win a lot of games," Miller told the Idaho Falls Times.
