The Naperville Lazy Fisherman defeated the Salt Lake City Buzz, 5-3. Earning player of the game honors was center fielder Reggie B. Williams, who went 3-4 with a home run and 2 singles, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. Scott Arnold notched his 5th save in 8 chances. Naperville now has a 3-game win streak.
Naperville second baseman Juan Castro contributed to the cause with a run-scoring single in the bottom of the third. For the game, Castro went 2 for 4 with 2 singles.
