With right fielder Jack Voigt leading the charge, the Omaha Storm Chasers defeated the Spokane River Rats, 20-5, at Foxes Ballpark. Voigt, who is tied for 4th in the PAC in bases on balls with 70, was 2-5 with a home run, a triple, and a walk, while scoring 2 times and driving in 6. The Storm Chasers improved to a lofty 85-36.

With one out in the top of the fourth, Tripp Cromer had a game-changing hit. The Storm Chasers shortstop slammed a 2-run home run off Reid Cornelius, making the score 7-5, Omaha.

"We'll grab a cold one tonight and go after another win tomorrow," Voigt said.
