Toronto Moves on to League Championship
Despite the best efforts of Matt Williams, the Toronto Blue Jays have won the Division Series.

The Montreal Expos standout was named series MVP, even though his team lost to Toronto 7-6 in the final game, and dropped the series 4-1.

"Hats off to them, they deserve to be moving on," Williams said at SkyDome after being awarded his MVP trophy. "I just wish I could trade this trophy in for a chance at the World Series."

For their part, the Blue Jays celebrated long into the night, as they are now set to move on to the League Championship.

The Toronto Blue Jays don't know who they will face in the next round. They will play the winner of the Washington Senators - Los Angeles Dodgers series. Los Angeles leads the series 3 games to 2. The League Championship schedule will be announced after the Division Series finishes.
