Dodgers Advance to League Championship
Vladimir Guerrero was a standout performer in the Division Series, but unfortunately the same couldn't be said for the rest of the Washington Senators.

The Los Angeles Dodgers beat Guerrero's Senators 8-0 at Dodger Stadium tonight, to capture the series 4-2.

Despite the series loss, Guerrero was named MVP.

"It's cold comfort," he said solemnly when asked about the award. "I'd certainly rather be in Los Angeles's position than mine."

The Los Angeles Dodgers will play against the Toronto Blue Jays in the next round. Toronto won their series against the Montreal Expos 4 games to 1. The League Championship schedule will be announced after the Division Series finishes.
