Victory Over Twins Takes Milwaukee to 18-10
|
Milwaukee first baseman Carlos Delgado had a 3-RBI performance, which helped his team grab a 7-3 win over the Minnesota Twins. The Twins fall to 11-17 and continue their lackluster start to the 1997 season.
Early in the game, Delgado had a 3-run home run for Milwaukee. It was his 10th home run of the season and put the Creams on top, 3-0.
"It was sure nice to get the win but there's a lot of baseball left," Delgado after the game.
