Mets Continue Skid Thanks to Clark, Blue Jays
The umbrellas came out during the Toronto-New York contest at Shea Stadium.

The Toronto Blue Jays dealt the New York Mets a 10-5 loss at Shea Stadium. Will Clark was the star on offense. He was 3 for 4 with a home run, 2 singles, and 2 walks. He scored 2 runs and drove in 3. Pat Combs got the save, his 1st in 1 chances.

It could have been a different outcome for Toronto, had it not been for Dan Pasqua, the former first round draft pick . Pasqua contributed a 2-run double in the top of the first inning to put Toronto up, 2-0.

"Win or lose, we pick each other up in this clubhouse," Pasqua told the Toronto Observer.
