Martinez Dazzles in Montreal Win
The Montreal Expos got a magnificent effort from pitcher Pedro Martinez, who kept San Diego hitters in check en route to a 2-0 Expos win at Olympic Stadium. The Expos have an impressive 101-50 record.

Martinez made it look easy. He scattered 5 hits over 7 innings, while racking up 11 strikeouts. The right-hander upped his season record to 18-7.

"I had pretty good command out there," said Martinez.
