Ruffin Pitches Chicago to Shutout Victory
The Chicago White Sox rolled to an easy 5-0 win over the Kansas City Royals at Royals Stadium today. Leading the way to victory was starter Bruce Ruffin, who shackled the Kansas City Royals and held them scoreless on a 5-hitter.

"This is what every pitcher wants to do when they go out there," Ruffin said in his postgame press conference.

Checking out his stats for the season, Ruffin has registered 13 wins and 10 losses in 33 starts, 3.02 ERA and struck out 201 batters in 241.2 innings.
