Dominant Performance by Mussina in Cincinnati Win
|
Cincinnati right-hander Mike Mussina was sensational in shutting out the New York Yankees, 4-0. New York is still trying to get off the schneid, having lost 13 in a row.
Mussina, now 19-6, scattered 2 hits over 8.1 innings for the Reds.
"We're in a funk right now," said New York skipper Patrick McQuail.
