Clark Finds Groove in 3-1 Triumph
The New York Yankees went home winners at Yankee Stadium, thanks in large part to starter Mark Clark. Clark silenced the Chicago White Sox, enabling New York to grab the 3-1 win. The last-place White Sox have lost 6 consecutive games.

Clark imposed his will on the White Sox, scattering 6 hits over 9 innings while striking out 8. The right-hander upped his season record to 3-4.

"We missed opportunities once again," said losing manager Dustin Hafler.
