The Giants got a big at-bat from catcher Tom Lampkin. For the game, Lampkin went 1-4, while adding 2 RBI. In the bottom of the third, with the bases loaded, he stroked a 2-run single. His 6th hit of the season gave San Francisco a 5-4 lead.
