Greg Maddux pitched a gem to lead Los Angeles to a 6-0 victory over the Toronto Blue Jays. At 25-26, the Dodgers find themselves in 4th place in the United League West Division.

Maddux, who dominated for Los Angeles, earned the victory to move to 6-3. He was in control the whole game, scattering 2 hits over 7 innings, while striking out 8. Toronto batters could never bunch up enough hits to produce a rally.

"It's easier to pitch when you get run support," said Maddux.
