Orioles Top Expos Behind McDonald, 1-0
|
Ben McDonald never let the Expos get in a groove. The right-hander used his bread and butter, his fastball, to pitch the Orioles to a 1-0 win. The Orioles sit in last place in the United League East Division with a record of 19-35.
McDonald gave Baltimore a solid start. The right-hander allowed no runs on 3 hits over 8 innings.
"It feels good to get this one," McDonald told the Baltimore Today.
