Multi-HR Game for Berroa in 11-6 Win
The rain at Riverfront Stadium did not keep Pittsburgh and Cincinnati from finishing their game.

The Pittsburgh Pirates topped the Cincinnati Reds by the score of 11-6, with the largest share of the credit going to left fielder Geronimo Berroa. Berroa hit 2 home runs. He drove in 3 runs and scored twice for the Pirates. The Pirates now have a record of 32-26 with the win over Cincinnati.

It could have been a different outcome for Pittsburgh, had it not been for Bobby Bonilla, the two-time All-Star . Bonilla contributed a 2-run home run in the top of the fourth inning to put Pittsburgh up, 9-5.

"We'll put this win in our pocket and go after the next one," said Bonilla.
