Royals Turn Back Milwaukee, 5-3
|
Milwaukee got a terrific performance from catcher Jorge Posada, but it wasn't enough to beat the Kansas City Royals. Kansas City won the Royals Stadium contest, 5-3. Posada was the player of the game despite being on the losing side. He was 1 for 2 with a home run and 2 walks, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once.
