Gruber Helps Baltimore Cruise to 13-3 Win
The Baltimore Orioles easily defeated the Colorado Rockies, 13-3, at Memorial Stadium, with third baseman Kelly Gruber a main contributor to the win. He went 2-4 with a home run, a double, and a walk, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 5 for Baltimore. Steve Avery, who went 8.2 innings, was the winning pitcher.
