It was a fun time at Kingdome, where the Montreal Expos and Seattle Pilots tangled.
The Seattle Pilots stopped the Montreal Expos, 7-3, at Kingdome. The Pilots got a big game from Vinny Castilla, who went 2 for 3 with 2 home runs and a walk, while scoring 3 times and driving in 2. The winner was Todd Van Poppel, who threw 127 pitches over 7.1 innings. The right-hander was charged with 3 runs on 3 hits.
