Neagle KOs White Sox
|
The 1995 season is getting ugly for Chicago.
Chicago had no answer for Kansas City Royals hurler Denny Neagle, who overwhelmed White Sox hitters as the Royals coasted to a 9-1 victory. The Royals have an impressive 44-22 record.
The White Sox had little chance against Neagle, who overpowered Chicago hitters and struck out 10.
"We'll put this win in our pocket and go after the next one," said Neagle.
