The San Diego Padres had no problem beating the New York Mets, 19-2, at Jack Murphy Stadium. Manny Ramirez led the way. He went 3 for 4 with a double, 2 singles, and 2 walks, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 3 for San Diego.
