It was a good time at Milwaukee County Stadium, where fans came to watch the Cleveland Spiders and Milwaukee Creams get after it.

The Milwaukee Creams got a strong performance from pitcher Tommy Greene, who stymied the Cleveland offense en route to a 11-1 win at Milwaukee County Stadium. The Creams now have a mark of 46-33.

Greene, a native of Lumberton, North Carolina, was dealing all game. He kept Cleveland hitters off-balance, while giving the Creams 8 quality innings. Greene threw 132 pitches, allowing 4 hits and striking out 10.

"It was a tough night at the plate," said Cleveland manager Wilson Ogle.
