UL's Top Player, Green of Los Angeles

It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the United League, but last week Shawn Green of the Los Angeles Dodgers reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Green rocked opposing pitching for a .333 average (8-for-24), 4 home runs and 12 RBIs to come away with the award.
Green is currently batting .229 with 6 home runs, 15 RBIs and 12 runs scored. He has 16 hits in 70 at-bats.
