Barrage of Hits Gets Daniels FL Award Monday, April 24th, 1995 Kal Daniels is respected by most Minnesota Twins fans for his no-frills style of play. The 31-year-old left fielder went about his business with vigor last week to grab the Federal League Player of the Week honors. He compiled a .370 average (10-for-27) with 5 home runs, 10 RBIs and 8 runs scored. This season Daniels has hit at a .276 clip with 23 RBIs, 10 home runs and 22 runs scored. |
