Seattle Pilots Ship Mueller to Colorado Monday, June 23rd, 1997 Seattle and Colorado announced some roster changes today as the Pilots acquired 25-year-old minor league LF Bruce Aven from the Rockies in exchange for 26-year-old 3B Bill R Mueller. Representatives from both teams say they are pleased with the deal. Mueller is hitting .262 this season with 10 home runs, 39 RBIs and 40 runs scored. He has 76 hits in 290 at-bats. |
