Jones Holds Florida Scoreless

Bobby J. Jones of the Kansas City Royals humiliated the Florida Marlins at Royals Stadium today, spinning a complete game shutout and holding the visitors to 5 hits.
"He stayed aggressive and his ball was really moving," said Florida manager Stephen Ginter, after the game.
Jones whiffed 7 and walked 1 in the 4-0 win.
"If I make good pitches, I'm going to get some outs," Jones said. "I was making good pitches the entire game."
Jones has posted a 14-10 record for the year with a 3.89 ERA. Teams are hitting .245 against him and he has rung up 159 strikeouts in 222.1 innings.
