Diamondbacks Come up Short of Playoffs

The playoff picture is continuing to come into focus in Doubleday Baseball League and this year, the postseason won't include the Arizona Diamondbacks. The team today was mathematically eliminated from qualifying for the postseason.
Before this season, the Diamondbacks last missed the playoffs in 1994. In the 21 years they have been a Doubleday Baseball League franchise, they have missed the playoffs 12 times. In the last 10 years, they have missed the playoffs 5 times.
