Los Angeles Trades Tettleton for Seattle's Steinbach Saturday, July 1st, 1995 The Los Angeles Dodgers have parted ways with 34-year-old C Mickey Tettleton and 36-year-old 2B Scott Fletcher in a trade with the Seattle Pilots for 33-year-old C Terry Steinbach. Dodgers general manager Andrew Cole confirmed the deal in an announcement this morning. For the season, Tettleton is hitting at a .249 clip with 18 home runs, 36 RBIs and has scored 45 runs. He has 61 hits, 53 walks and a .383 on-base percentage. This year Steinbach is batting .170 with 5 home runs and 10 RBIs. In 44 games he has scored 8 times. |
