Toronto Devastated by Playoff Elimination

While the Toronto Blue Jays clubhouse is normally a jovial and upbeat place, things were extremely solemn today. That's because the club is now officially eliminated from playoff contention.
Toronto last appeared in the postseason in 1991. This is their 4th consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 10 times in their 19-year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Blue Jays have missed the playoffs 5 times.
