Senators Buried - Out of Playoffs Thursday, August 25th, 1994 Not even the most diehard Washington Senators fan thought the team had much chance at the playoffs this year. But now even the faintest hopes have been put to rest, as the Senators were mathematically eliminated from the postseason hunt today. This is the 4th time in a row that the Senators have missed the playoffs.Their last payoff appearance was in 1990. |
