Rehab Setback For Lance Johnson Saturday, August 27th, 1994 New York center fielder Lance Johnson reportedly suffered a setback this week while rehabilitating irritation of the ac joint in his shoulder. Preliminary tests showed the injury had gotten worse and would need more time to be completely healed. An unidentified team official said it looked like it would be at least one week before Johnson would be able to return to the active roster. Johnson will see a specialist tomorrow. For the year Johnson has hit .248 with 3 home runs, 23 RBIs and scored 59 runs. |
