Santovenia Suffers Injury While Moving Thursday, September 29th, 1994 Chicago catcher Nelson Santovenia was injured yesterday while moving furniture into his new home. Santovenia reportedly suffered a partially torn labrum and is expected to be out of commission for up to 2 months. According to team officials, the injury will likely force him to miss the start of spring training. |
