Brown Shows Off, Hits for Cycle Thursday, April 6th, 1995 The Ocean City Blue Crabs wasted a big day at the plate by center fielder Jarvis Brown today in a 9-8 loss to the Buffalo Bisons. Brown hit for the cycle, stroking 4 hits off the Buffalo pitching staff in a losing effort. "I actually didn't feel particularly great out there today," Brown said in the clubhouse following the loss. "It was kind of random chance that the balls found some gaps, and here we are." For the day, he finished 4-for-4, had 1 run batted in and scored 2 runs. Jarvis Brown singled in the 2nd, hit a solo-shot off Brad Radke in the 4th, doubled in the 6th and tripled in the 8th.
