Idaho Falls Loses Amaury Telemaco for Season

When Amaury Telemaco was hurt against the Tucson Tarantulas, the Idaho Falls Chukars were hopeful that the injury was not serious. However, it proved to be more severe than first thought. The 23-year-old starting pitcher suffered a sore shoulder throwing a pitch in yesterday's game. Team doctors told BNN today that Telemaco would miss 4-5 months of the season.
This year Telemaco has worked 55.1 innings with 46 strikeouts en route to a 3-1 record and a 4.23 ERA.
