Smith Whitewashes Stag Tuesday, June 20th, 1995 The Omaha Storm Chasers rolled to an easy 5-0 win over the Portland Stag at Tuttle Fields today. Leading the way to victory was starter Pete J. Smith, who shackled the Portland Stag and held them scoreless on a 5-hitter. "This is what every pitcher wants to do when they go out there," Smith said in his postgame press conference.
