Paquette Ups Hit Streak to 20 Consecutive Games Wednesday, June 28th, 1995 The number just keeps getting higher. San Antonio right fielder Craig Paquette has now extended his hitting string to 20 games. He did it today with 1 hit in 3 at-bats as the San Antonio took the 6-3 win over the New Orleans Brass at Bay Hawks Ballpark. "Who knows how long it will go on?" New Orleans manager said. "He's certainly tough to pitch to right now." Craig Paquette doubled in the 2nd, struck out in the 4th, walked in the 6th, flied out in the 7th and walked in the 9th. So far this year Paquette is batting .356 with 13 home runs, 65 RBIs and 59 runs scored. |
