The Doubleday Baseball League has officially opened Free Agency! Teams may now begin submitting bids for available players.

Free Agency Guidelines
- The initial wave of bids is due by 8:00 p.m. Eastern on Monday, July 28, with subsequent rounds due daily at 8:00 p.m. Eastern.
- Submit bids via your team channel. I will comment to confirm each bid has been received and recorded.
- Please include the player name, number of years, and dollar amount per year in each bid.
- Use the official Contract Value Chart to calculate and validate your bids:
🔗 Free Agency AAV Chart - Once a player receives a 2+ year offer, no new 1-year offers will be allowed, regardless of dollar amount.
- Leading bids will be posted nightly in a linked spreadsheet, showing years, amount, and number of bids — all anonymously.
- If a player receives no new bids before the next deadline, they will sign with the team currently holding the top bid.
As always, Ginter will be participating in bidding, but all bids will be submitted before any other team bids to ensure fairness.
