The league is excited to officially unveil the new primary logos for both the Doubleday Baseball League (DBL) and the Hugg Baseball League (HBL).
These logos have been selected as the official league marks for the 1997, 1998, and 1999 seasons, and will appear across league branding, graphics, announcements, and historical materials during that span. The league may revisit or refresh league branding heading into the 2000 season, but for the next three years, these designs will serve as the visual identity of DBL and HBL.

About the Designs
- The DBL logo features a classic circular crest with a clean, timeless baseball aesthetic—bold lettering, a strong central diamond, and a traditional color palette that reflects the league’s history and competitive foundation.
- The HBL logo leans into a modern-yet-familiar minor league feel, centered on a prominent “H” with crossed bats, emphasizing development, growth, and the pipeline that fuels the league’s future.
Both logos were chosen to feel cohesive across leagues, while still allowing each league to maintain its own identity and purpose within the broader DBL ecosystem.
These marks will be rolled out immediately and used consistently throughout the upcoming seasons.
