Rochester and Buffalo duked it out at Aspinwall Grounds and the Red Wings came out victorious.

Rochester turned a good effort from starter Wade Taylor into a win over the Buffalo Bisons at Aspinwall Grounds. The final score was 3-0. With the win, Rochester is 1-1.

Rochester used the timely hitting of Kevin Koslofski to seize the win. The left fielder stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the eighth inning to put the Red Wings on top, 2-0. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.

"If you pitch well, you give yourself some opportunities," said Rochester manager .
