The Buffalo Bisons bested the Brooklyn Cyclones by a score of 16-5, with right fielder Eddie Zambrano getting the main credit. On the day, Zambrano was 4-6 with 4 singles and a walk, while scoring 4 times and driving in 3 for the Bisons. Brooklyn, at 1-12, is off to a poor start in 1997.
