Jordan Sizzles -- Smokes Red Wings for 6 Hits
Hartford first baseman Ricky Jordan had a day to remember today, 6-for-6 against the Rochester Red Wings at Wolves Ballpark as the Whalers picked up a 13-6 victory.

"He was patient up there today," Hartford skipper told the press after the game. "I like the way he waited for his pitch and wasn't overly aggressive. Jordan has a tendency to chase bad balls sometimes."

Ricky Jordan singled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, singled in the 4th, hit an RBI single in the 6th, singled in the 7th and hit a two-run single in the 8th.

On the season, Jordan is batting .447 with 2 home runs and 30 RBIs. He has played in 29 games.
