The Buffalo Bisons and Savannah Swamp Foxes provided some drama at Aspinwall Grounds.

The Savannah Swamp Foxes did just enough to sneak past the Buffalo Bisons, 4-3, at Aspinwall Grounds. Savannah pitcher John Wasdin earned player of the game honors. The Swamp Foxes improve their record to 25-14 with the win over Buffalo.

Wasdin, the Savannah right-hander, went 8 innings, allowing no earned runs on 2 hits. He collected 5 strikeouts.

"I'm just happy to help the team win," Wasdin told the Savannah Daily News.
