Zambrano Helps Bisons Run Win Streak to 4
With right fielder Eddie Zambrano leading the charge, the Buffalo Bisons defeated the Bluff City Beasties, 7-5, at Ravens Ballpark. Zambrano, who is tied for 5th in the ATL in home runs with 12, hit 2 home runs. He drove in 3 runs and scored twice. Andres Berumen finished the game for Buffalo and earned his 1st save. The second-place Bisons have won 4 in a row.

An important at-bat for the Bisons came in the top of the seventh, when center fielder Manny Martinez stroked a 2-run single. That made the score 7-4 in favor of Buffalo. For the day, Martinez went 2-3 with a triple. He drove in 2 runs and scored once.

"We'll pop the top on a cold one and get back to work tomorrow," Martinez said.
