Alex Ochoa batted in 3 runs to lead Hartford to a win over Rochester. The final score was 9-6. Ochoa chipped in with 2 singles and 1 home run. The winner was Hartford reliever Brad Cornett, now 3-2. The loser was Brad Woodall. Hartford goes to 67-29. The win puts them 9½ games up in their division.

Ochoa had a game-changing home run in the bottom of the sixth. On a 2-2 curveball from Oscar Munoz, he banged a 3-run home run to right-center, giving the Whalers a 8-5 lead. It was the 18th home run of the year for Ochoa.

Ochoa told a Hartford Chronicle reporter that he was "satisfied" with the win.
