Aspinwall Grounds was the site of an exciting ballgame between the Buffalo Bisons and the Savannah Swamp Foxes.

Buffalo starter Mac Suzuki pitched effectively against the Savannah Swamp Foxes at Aspinwall Grounds. The right-hander led his team to a 5-4 win. Suzuki got the win, improving to 11-6. He allowed 7 hits and walked 1 over 7 innings. Suzuki allowed 2 earned runs. Tim Fortugno earned his 22nd save in 26 chances.

Manny Martinez had a big run-scoring single for the Bisons in the bottom of the second inning. With Buffalo leading 1-0 and the bases loaded, he got a curveball from Shawn Estes and stroked the single to right. It was his 134th hit of the season, and more importantly, it put the Bisons ahead, 2-0.

"Say want you want about this team, they play nine innings hard," said Buffalo manager .

The 'W' lifts Buffalo's record to 63-42.
