Bisons Dispose of Cyclones, 10-1

The Buffalo Bisons powered past the Brooklyn Cyclones, 10-1, at Aspinwall Grounds. Manny Martinez was 3 for 4 with 2 doubles and a walk. He scored 2 times and drove in 2, to lead the charge. With the win over Brooklyn, the Bisons improved to 68-45.
The Bisons got a big at-bat from catcher Gregg Zaun. For the game, Zaun was 3-3 with a double and 2 singles. He drove in 4 runs. In the bottom of the first, with the bases loaded, he stroked a 2-run single. His 27th hit of the season gave Buffalo a 3-1 lead.
"Nice to see our side come away with the win," Martinez said after the game.
