The Tacoma Rainiers dealt the Naperville Lazy Fisherman a 8-6 loss at Ballpark of Milton. Jose Guillen was the star on offense. He went 3 for 5 with a home run and 2 doubles, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 2. The Lazy Fisherman fall to 9-11 and continue to sputter in the early going.

It could have been a different outcome for Tacoma, had it not been for Chad Fonville, the 26-year old shortstop . Fonville contributed a run-scoring ground out in the top of the tenth inning to put Tacoma up, 7-6.
