Peltier Helps Naperville Cruise to 11-3 Win
|
The Naperville Lazy Fisherman put together a convincing win at Red Devils Stadium, defeating the Nashville Sounds, 11-3. Dan Peltier was one of the hitting stars. He was 4 for 4 with a home run, 3 singles, and a walk. He scored 3 runs and drove in 2 for Naperville. The Lazy Fisherman now have a record of 13-18 with the win over Nashville.
Gary Disarcina broke a 0-0 tie in the top of the second with a run-scoring ground out. It put the Lazy Fisherman in front, 1-0. For the game, Disarcina was 1-3 with 2 walks, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once.
"We did more than enough to get the win," said Disarcina.
