Mendoza hits 3rd home run in Sounds Win
|
A 4-RBI performance from Carlos Mendoza helped the Nashville Sounds beat the Portland Stag, 8-3. Esteban Loaiza went 6.1 innings for Nashville to pick up the win. The right-hander was charged with 2 earned runs. He scattered 6 hits, while walking 1 and striking out 1. His record improves to 4-4. With the win, Nashville has a record of 23-24.
