Senators Continue Hot Start to Season With Win
|
Vladimir Guerrero knocked in 3 runs to help Washington beat Baltimore, 10-5. Guerrero produced 1 single and 1 home run. Washington is off to a hot start at 19-6.
One important at-bat for Washington came with no one out in the top of the ninth inning. With a runner on 2nd, Guerrero hit a run-scoring single, which contributed to the Senators win.
"Vladimir is still learning," said Senators manager Alexander Cumana. "The sky's the limit for him."
