Wes Chamberlain earned player of the game honors, as he went 2 for 4 with a home run, a double, and a walk. He scored 2 times and drove in 2. Portland now leads New Orleans 3-1 in the best-of-5 affair.

Eric Owens had a productive at-bat for the Stag with one out in the bottom of the tenth. With runners on 1st and 3rd, the pinch hitter hit a sacrifice fly. The at-bat was important in the Portland win.
