The Fenway Park faithful were treated to a thrilling, walk-off win.

The Boston Red Sox got a stellar performance from pitcher Willie E Adams, who handcuffed the Orlando offense en route to a 3-2 win at Fenway Park. Even with the win, the Red Sox have a dismal 18-41 record.

In the bottom of the ninth inning of a 2-2 tie, Boston catcher Todd Greene hit a walk-off run-scoring single. It broke the deadlock and put Boston on top, 3-2.

Greene told a Boston Chronicle reporter that he was "more than satisfied" with the win.
